Are there setup fees on top of the monthly website packages?
Custom design and build work outside a standard package scope (e.g., a fully custom illustration system, complex integrations, or a page count above your tier) is scoped and quoted separately before work begins — there are no surprise charges.
Can we cancel or change VA plans month to month?
Yes, VA plans run month to month. Specific notice periods and terms are outlined in our VA Policy and Refund Policy.
Does the blog content count toward our page count?
No — blog posts are separate from your core page count and are published on the cadence listed for your tier (2, 4, or 8 posts per month).
What happens if we need more hours than our VA plan includes?
Additional hours beyond your part-time or full-time allocation are billed at the hourly rate, or you can upgrade tiers if the extra volume becomes ongoing.
