These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hireaghlva website and the VA, website design, and custom software services described on it. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Hireaghlva provides GoHighLevel virtual assistant services and website design/development services, as described on our Services and Pricing pages. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for an engagement are confirmed during scoping and, where applicable, in a written agreement or order confirmation.

2. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and any account access reasonably required to complete agreed work. Delays in providing access or feedback may extend project timelines.

3. Payments

Fees are billed according to the plan or quote you agree to at signup — hourly, monthly, or project-based. Payment terms and refund eligibility are set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final website files, custom automations, and design assets created specifically for your project, excluding any third-party tools, licensed stock assets, or platform functionality (e.g., GoHighLevel itself) that remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to build or operate anything unlawful, deceptive, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work that violates this.

6. Warranties & limitations

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care and will correct work that doesn't match the agreed scope. Beyond that correction commitment, services are provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of delivered work, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may end an ongoing engagement per the notice terms in our VA Policy or the terms of your specific project agreement. Fees for work already delivered remain payable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
